Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within Kosovo, 5-7 business days to Albania and North Macedonia, and 7-14 business days for international orders, depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
To initiate a return or exchange, please log into your account, go to your order history, and select the "Return" option for the relevant item. You can also contact our customer service team for assistance.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Payment & Pricing
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). For customers in Kosovo, we also offer cash on delivery.

Order Issues

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that time, we may have already begun processing your order for shipment.
